CPR Code of Guidance For Experts and those Instructing them
This Code of Guidance (the ‘Code’) offers guidance to Experts and to those instructing them in the interpretation of and compliance with Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules (‘the Rules’), and its associated Practice Direction.
1 It is intended to assist in the interpretation of those provisions in the interests of good practice but it does not replace them. The existence of this Code does not therefore remove the need for Experts to read those documents.
